The aim is to make the transition to life and work in Germany as smooth and efficient as possible.
A particular focus is placed on imparting knowledge of the country. In addition to acquiring language skills, skilled workers and trainees should develop a basic understanding of German culture, social values and customs. This not only facilitates professional integration, but also integration into social life. Topics such as work culture, social norms and dealing with authorities are specifically taken into account.
In addition, pre-integration offers solid preparation for recognized examination formats. This creates the necessary conditions for a successful entry into the German labor market. The event is aimed at teachers and those interested in preparing skilled workers abroad for their start in Germany. Discover proven approaches and methods that enable efficient and holistic pre-integration and address the individual needs of learners.
