Eligibility
The contest is open to any Filipino citizen or permanent resident of the Philippines who is of legal age (18 years old and above).
Mechanics
Participants must complete at least three (3) language sessions and collect three (3) stamps in their European Language Passport.
For their European Language Passport, participants are entitled to one (1) raffle ticket. They must fill in the required details on the back of the ticket.
All information provided must be accurate. Any discrepancies may result in disqualification.
Selection of Winners and Prizes
The raffle will take place on the day of Speak Dating, September 27, 2025. Completed raffle tickets can be submitted between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Participants must present a valid ID to prove their legal age and show at least three (3) stamps in their European Language Passport.
Between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, nine (9) winners will be randomly selected to receive the following rewards:
- 3 winners: Alliance Française de Manille – French language course, Level A1
- 3 winners: Goethe-Institut Philippinen – German language course, Level A1
- 3 winners: Instituto Cervantes de Manila – Spanish language course, Level A1
Claiming of Prizes
Winners will be notified via email by the Goethe-Institut Philippinen and must verify their identity by presenting valid proof of identification.
Failure to respond by October 1, 2025, or to provide valid identification, will result in forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, a new winner will be randomly selected. The organizers reserve the right to request additional proof of identity if necessary.
Once verified, winners will be informed of the next steps to register for their language course.
Technicalities and Forfeiture
Prizes must be accepted as stated. No compensation will be provided if a winner is unable to use the prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.
Online Publication
By participating, winners agree that the following institutions may publish their name and city/town of residence in any media or on their websites in connection with the raffle:
