In short: Our online live lessons are like "normal" lessons, they only do not take place in a physical classroom, but in an online classroom via Zoom. As in normal classes, lessons are carried out by a professional and exam-certified teachers. You are going to use a course book and a workbook and learn together with other German learners. You will be working in various social forms: in plenary, individually, in a group etc. You train all skills, do your homework and receive feedback on your learning progress from the teacher. To make the most out of your Online Live Classes, please follow the recommendations below:
- A computer is the best option! For the best experience, we highly recommend you use a computer – Desktop or Laptop – to attend our online classes. Using a tablet is also possible. However, the screen is quite small and typing on it is not convenient.
- The faster, the better. Always connect your device to high-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps.
- Ideally use a headset with a microphone. Any brand and model will do. You can also use a headset of your smartphone. So, you can hear everyone clearly and vice versa. In many cases, sound from a speaker is not as good as from a headset.
- Be always ready to turn on your webcam. Check its position before class and sit in a well-lit place. It helps you look better.
- Find a quiet place. Noise from your surroundings will disturb you and your classmates.
- Eliminate any possible disturbance. Set your mobile phone to silent and attend the class alone. It helps you concentrate on the lesson much better.
- Place everything you need by your side. Be it course book, workbook, notebook and stationery, so that you will not have to be away during class and miss anything.
