KulturHub invites you to a visit to Baan Rim, a rooftop organic farm located on Sathorn 13. This unique experience offers a closer look at sustainable urban farming and its role in shaping healthier, more conscious food systems.

Discover how cold-climate vegetables are grown sustainably in the city, and take part in a conversation on current food and culinary trends in Germany. The visit concludes with a small workshop where you’ll craft your own salad dressing.

Note: Please bring your own containers (recommended size for 1–2 portions) for your salad and dressing. A small to medium bowl or lidded box works best.
