Katharina Sussek (Dipl. Des.) is a co-author of the book PUMA – The Graphic Heritage. Katharina studied communication design in Düsseldorf, and as her graduation project, she produced a transmedia magazine about the human senses. Since 2006, Katharina has been working on corporate and editorial design projects with clients from a range of industries, and her work has won several international awards. In 2018, Katharina became one of the founding members of the design studio vista. She also regularly teaches and lectures at the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf and at the Peter Behrens School of Arts. In 2018 and 2019, she was a curator on the board of the Open Source Festival Congress. Since 2022, she is partner and managing director of OPTIK BOOKS.

Prof. Jens Müller is a co-author of PUMA – The Graphic Heritage, studied Communication Design in Düsseldorf. He then went on to found the design studio OPTIK, working for a wide range of clients in the cultural and business sectors. Since 2007, Jens has designed more than a dozen special stamps for Deutsche Post, which have then been printed by the million. In addition to his work as a designer, Jens researches the history of graphic design and is the author of a number of highly regarded reference books on the subject. In 2016, he founded OPTIK BOOKS, which publishes works on design history and visual culture. Since 2018 he is a founding member of the design studio vista. Later in 2021, he was appointed Professor of Corporate Design for the Department of Design at the University for Applied Sciences Dortmund.

Vorathit Kruavanichkit is a graphic designer and the chief creative officer at Farmgroup, a successful independent design consultancy based in Bangkok. Hotel Art Fair and the City Identity of Bangkok are ones of the most best-known projects he and Farmgroup have accomplished. Within the sports industries, Farmgroup has worked on the visual design and brand identities for several projects including the Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium, the Thai Youth League, the Thai Women’s League and Chonburi F.C. Farmgroup has also featured in many world-famous design books, magazines and websites. In 2021, he received Thailand’s Designer of the Year Award for Graphic Design.

Santi Tonsukha is a Thai designer whose passion lies in design and printing. Santi co-founded Witti Studio and is currently a visiting professor at the International Communication Design Program at the Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University (CommDe Chula). Santi graduated from the Royal College of Art and Imperial College in Britain and from the University of Southern California in the US. He has lived and worked in several cities, including L.A., London and Mumbai, and previously served as the editorial director of the Thai edition of Wallpaper* magazine.
