MeetUp@Goethe

The Meet-Up @ Goethe series brings together people who have a love for the German language, an interest in contemporary German culture, a desire to reconnect with friends and family in Germany - and everyone else who loves community, sustainability, art, music, games, and living life to the fullest!

Please be sure to read all descriptions carefully - some of our events are conducted in German only, some in English, and some will have opportunities for people to participate in the language that suits them best.

Here, you will find game nights, movies, philosophical discussions, book clubs, and a weekly learning lounge open to anyone who would like to drop in and improve their German language skills. The Goethe-Institut at 170 Beacon Street in Boston primarily hosts free events for the public, although some events do carry a fee - and you are always welcome to make a donation!
