    Korail-City of Culture aims to redefine design culture and creative industries by supporting sustainable cultural practices among practitioners in Korail and sharing this knowledge globally. The young residents of Korail, supported by Paraa, has led efforts to create a universally accessible community-driven cultural space, engaging in participatory design and training to enhance their skills in managing and shaping public spaces.
