Hi, I'm Helena and I've taught French and German in the northeast of England for 30 years. I'm currently head of MFL at Teesside High School in Eaglescliffe. I hope to motivate my students to embrace the German language and culture through active and cooperative learning. My favourite German word is Gemütlichkeit because there is no exact English translation...That's another reason why I love the German language...because there are many words like this.
