Shipping information


If you have ordered the standardised kits:

The shipping fee for each ordered standardised package varies between £10 - £40. You will be sent an invoice within 3-5 working days of your order. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and can be made via BACS or cheque.  Please ensure that you include your invoice number as your payment reference. We will send your order once payment has been received.

***If you have ordered the "Special Prizes" kit:

For the package “Prizes”, the shipping rate varies for each product. The Goethe-Institut will contact you to determine the cost of your order.
