As an institutional beneficiary, the Goethe-Institut is obliged to comply with the requirements of public procurement law. We review our contracts for services such as energy supply, cleaning, security, broadband, photocopying etc. towards the end of the contract period and publish calls for tender.

Broadband Services
The Goethe-Institut London is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for the provision of broadband services.
Interested parties are requested to review the tender documentation provided below and complete the questionnaire to participate in the tender process.
We are happy to answer any queries you may have by e-mail. Please note that the reply will also be posted to this website and to any competitors who may have indicated their interest. Please send questions to eleonora.polei@goethe.de.
Your offer must be received by 04 June 2026, 6PM. The time stamp on your mail for the time received will count.
This deadline is an exclusion period. Documents received late can no longer be considered unless the tendering company can prove that they are not responsible for the delay.
We intend to make our decision by 11 June 2026 and will inform unsuccessful bidders. The contractor is bound to their offer until 04 September 2026.
