As an institutional beneficiary, the Goethe-Institut is obliged to comply with the requirements of public procurement law. We review our contracts for services such as energy supply, cleaning, security, broadband, photocopying etc. towards the end of the contract period and publish calls for tender.

Legal Advisory Services
The Goethe-Institut London is inviting qualified legal service providers to submit tenders for a four-year legal advisory services contract starting on 1 September 2026.
The procurement is divided into two lots:
- Lot 1: General Legal Advice & Immigration Law
- Lot 2: Employment Law
Any questions regarding the tender should be submitted by e-mail to bills-london@goethe.de. Questions and any clarifications provided during the tender process will be shared with all interested bidders.
Tenders must be submitted electronically by e-mail to bills-london@goethe.de.
Your offer must be received by 24 August 2026, 18:00 (GMT). The time stamp on your mail for the time received will count.
This deadline is an exclusion period. Documents received late can no longer be considered.
We intend to make our decision by 28 August 2026 and will inform unsuccessful bidders. The contractor is bound to their offer until 24 November 2026.
