Science Film Festival returns to Indonesia and will took place online/offline in 55 cities throughout the archipelago!

A science communication event, the Science Film Festival holds a unique position in Southeast Asia, North Africa, India, Sri Lanka, and the Middle East: through its engagement with local and regional partners, and using films and TV production, the Festival cultivates passion towards science and facilitates awareness-raising on contemporary, technology, and environmental issues. The Festival brings films that highlight scientific topics in an engaging way to a broader audience. The audio-visual medium proves that science can be both educational and entertaining.

Science Film Festival returns to Indonesia for the 13th time. The theme of this year’s festival edition features “Equal opportunities in science.” 17 films from 10 countries, part of the Festival’s official selection, will be screened in a hybrid format.
