Germany is one of the most popular destinations for studying abroad. One reason for this is its attractive cities, as well as its education system, which is characterised by high standards and relatively affordable costs. Due to these high standards, the German government sets certain requirements for those who wish to continue their education in Germany. One of these requirements is a school-leaving qualification recognised by the German government. This recognition can be achieved by attending a Studienkolleg (preparatory course). The Studienkolleg serves as a bridge, preparing students for university studies in Germany, and can be completed in both Germany and Indonesia.

Before joining the Studienkolleg, students can choose their preferred specialisation, such as the M-stream (Mathematics), the T-stream (Technology), and others. Once they have passed the entrance examination, students study the relevant subjects in German, depending on their chosen specialisation. At the end of the Studienkolleg, all participants must sit the final examination (FSP), the results of which are used for applications to German higher education institutions such as universities or universities of applied sciences.

Requirements:
  • German learner or German teacher in Indonesia
  • You have a laptop or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
