After the attacks on the editorial office of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo and a Jewish supermarket in Paris, Elfriede Jelinek questions the phenomenon of rage in this stage play. Where does all the anger come from, some expressed on a frightening scale, which is so great that it causes people to kill and lose all inhibitions? Like a choir, the protagonists scream and shriek their fury and views out into the world.
