Please Note:

We are renovating and redesigning the library for you. The library will therefore close at the beginning of November 2025. The last opening days will be Tuesday, 4 November, Saturday, 8 November, and Sunday, 9 November 2025. The reopening is planned for around March 2026.
 
Until then, you don’t have to miss out on borrowing books. From 18th November, you are warmly invited to visit our “Library in the Box” located in the front garden of the Goethe-Institut. We have curated a selection of materials for learning German, children’s and young adult books, graphic novels, media about Germany as well as magazines and games. All the paid library memberships active during the renovation period of our library will be extended free of charge for the equivalent duration after the library reopens.
