Zum Comic

Während des Comicworkshops mit Paul Paetzel in Riga begegneten mir erstaunlich viele Bienen und Bären. Ich sah sie auf der Verpackung von Süßigkeiten, in der Ausstellung am Busbahnhof, in einem Antiquitätenladen und einem Café, in einem leeren Haus und sogar im Traum. Weil ich von so viele Bienen und Bären umgeben war, beschloss ich, sie in meinen Comic einfließen zu lassen und eine kleine Geschichte um sie herum zu entwickeln.

About the comic

During the comics workshop with Paul Paetzel, in Riga, I met surprisingly many bees and bears. They appeared on candy papers, in the exhibition at the bus station, in an antique shop and a cafe, in an empty house and even in my dream. As I had so many bears and bees around me, I decided to let them into my comic and build up a small story about them.
