“Local Suicide” on Tour

“Local Suicide” is no longer an insider tip : the DJ duo from Berlin have made a name for themselves on the international music scene and now Brax Moody (Munich) and Vamparela (Thessaloniki) are coming to Bangkok

The Goethe-Institut Thailand is delighted to be starting the new year with this very special cultural highlight. You are invited to hit the dance floor to the sound of the DJ duo on January 5th 2018 from 9 pm onwards. The event takes place at the “Whiteline” club on Silom, Soi 8. Admission is 200 THB and for those arriving before midnight, there will be one free beer!

Brax Moody and Vamparela have spun discs at many well-known festivals including Lollapalooza, Melt!, the Amsterdam Dance Event, Off Sonar and the Berlin Festival.

Having chosen Berlin as their home, they have been hired by almost every club the self-declared party capital of the world has to offer. The duo describe their music as a “unique, energetic fusion of New Wave, Slow Techno, Post Disco und Techno Disco.

But their talents go beyond making music: they also run an independent international Music & Lifestyle Blog - one of the top ten in Germany – and have been organizing parties and presenting radio shows for several years.

“Local Suicide” released their debut single ”We Can Go Everywhere“ in June 2014. This put the duo on the international stage which now brings them to Bangkok. Whether you are a scenester, a night owl, a music lover or simply curious, we look forward to seeing you at “Whiteline” in January!
