Celebration concert the 250th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven’s birth

The studio of Dr. Eri Nakagawa at the College of Music, Mahidol University gives a concert this year to celebrate the 250th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven’s birth, presenting to you one of the most magnificent pieces in the history of classical music, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9. Eight piano students share performing the symphony’s transcription for two pianos by Franz Liszt. The program also features Beethoven’s Egmont Overture, one of the last works of Beethoven's middle period, arranged for two pianos by Hermann Behn. Join us to celebrate the 250th birthday of the great composer Beethoven!
