The jury has decided on the winners of „Ohrwurm – เพลงฮิตติดหู“! On Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 3.45pm the names of the winners were announced live on “Voice TV 21”:

2nd place: Chatree Nitikul (Satree Phuket School) with „Herz über Kopf“
3rd place: Darran Roongrawewan (Triam Udomsuksa School), Narawich Srichandum (Kaennakhorn Withayalai School) and Now Tachumpa (Wattanothai Phayap School) all with „Nur noch kurz die Welt retten“

Age group university students:

2nd place: Thamonwan Jitmas (Srinakharinwirot University) with „Sind wir Freunde?“
3rd place: Nopparat Thanakulboriphan  (Chiang Mai University) with „99 Luftballons“

The young participants could choose their preferred piece from the song list below. The contest kicked off with a series of qualifying rounds held in 4 different secondary schools across the nation. From each qualifying round, two candidates proceeded to the next stage which took place in October and offered the contestants the chance of a professional vocal training. On November 20th the winners of each age group were chosen in a grand final which was broadcast live by Voice TV.

The winners receive a scholarship for a language course at a Goethe-Institut in Germany, plus 50,000 THB prize money.
