Germany, 2023, 124 min.
Director: Max Gleschinski
With: Christina Große, Pegah Ferydoni, Karsten Antonio Mielke, Milena Dreißig, Florian Anderer, Till Demuth, Ugur Kaya, Julia Keiling, Benjamin Felix Kramme, Maximilian Thienen

Described as "an elegiac ghost story in four chapters", Max Gleschinski's second feature film centres on Kerstin, a taciturn woman in her mid-40s, who had nursed her father for 20 years until his death and is now slowly finding her way back into life by embarking on a kayak tour through the Mecklenburg Lake Plateau. She is doing her utmost to keep to herself and only speak when really necessary – that is, until she meets Alima... - But then her estranged brother Thomas and his family also appear on the scene to confront Kerstin with some - for them - urging family matters and things start to get complicated. - Source: German Films Service & Marketing GmbH via www.filmportal.de
