And that's two for Ulrich Seidl: after a foray into the pop world of the charming singer Richie, this sequel to Rimini focuses on another Bravo brother, Ewald, who, after leaving his Romanian girlfriend, settles in the countryside. But when he hooks up with local boys to transform a dilapidated school into a fortress, Ewald attracts the attention of the villagers and awakens a disturbing distrust in them... Concluding a diptych on the inescapability of the past, the Austrian director continues his exploration of the most delicate subjects without easy provocation; on the contrary, his work, carried by Georg Friedrich's exceptional performance, questions, confronts and disturbs the darkest aspects of human beings!
