GEMs provide and develop classroom expertise for the German classroom. This may be done through one-to-one or group support and could consist of a variety of support types:

• coaching
• facilitating and bespoke support
• joint action planning

GEMs will also provide bespoke support for NCLE hub schools.

If selected, you will be provided with an intensive, synchronous 40 - 60 hours training programme with follow-up online and in-person workshops to support you in sharing your skills and expertise with other colleagues in schools.
