Karriere Quantum
Closing Event|Public event following the Karriere Quantum camp in London
-
Goethe-Institut London, London
Target audience: young people, educators, parents, general public
The topic of quantum technologies will undoubtedly be of increasing interest to us in the future, as it has a major indirect impact on our lives: Without our current understanding of the development of quantum technologies, there would be no GPS or the device on which you are reading this text. As part of our innovative one-week Karriere Quantum educational camps, participants gain insight into quantum technologies and the German language.
Young adults and teachers from all over Europe will spend a week exploring the topic of quantum technologies in workshops and experiencing quantum effects through playful learning. Over the course of the week, pupils and teachers had the opportunity to develop their own projects, which will be presented at a vernissage at the end of the week. Take a look with us at the results of our fourth European learning camp in London!
The evening will be rounded off with a Quantum Disco by the Imperial College London.
Admission is free. Please register here.
Are you interested in the Karriere Quantum project and what we created during the week? You are very welcome to attend this evening! Check out our website (www.goethe.de/kq) to apply to the other learning camps.
The Karriere Quantum education project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space.
