Daniel McFarlane | Senior Cycle Coordinator, Trinity Access Programme

My most potent memory was bringing a Transition Year class of students for the first time to the Goethe Institut. We were late, it was raining and I had 35 teenagers with me in Merrion Square. All of a sudden A student shouted out in relief ‘There it is, The Goat House!’ Finally seeing where we will be spending the day together.

For the rest of the programme that's what our students lovingly called 37 Merrion Square East. Since working together Trinity Access Programmes and Goethe-Institut Irland have helped over 300 TY students from under-represented backgrounds engage with arts and culture. Thank you, Goat House!
