3D Modelling and Design Trial Workshop
Tech-Try Out Program | 14.08.2025
-
Library, Yangon
Are you eager to equip your child with the skills they need to thrive in today’s fast-paced digital world? Or perhaps you’re looking to nurture their growing interest in technology? If so, we would like to invite you to join our library’s “Tech Try-Out Program”, a hands-on engaging experience designed for teens aged 13 to 17.
In this dynamic program, your child will dive into the essential elements of 3D design and coding in a fun and engaging environment. They’ll not only explore cutting-edge technologies but also enhance their critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity. Along the way, they’ll also build friendships and collaborate with peers who share similar interests. By providing them with a strong foundation in technology from a young age, we can help them unlock their potential and prepare for our ever-evolving technological landscape.
Our first 3D Modelling and Design Trial Workshop will take place on August 14, 2025, and will be led by internationally certified coaches from CIY.Club Myanmar, an Australia-based organization dedicated to nurturing children into future tech creators.
What is 3D Design?
Also known as 3D modeling, it is the process of creating three-dimensional images or models of objects and characters often from your imagination using computer software. 3D modeling is a key technology used in various fields such as video games, film, architecture, engineering, advertising, and product manufacturing. Depending on the field, the applications and tools may vary. For example, AutoCAD, commonly used in engineering, is a well-known software for 3D design.
How will it be taught?
We believe that technology is best learned through exploration and creativity, not just instruction. Instead of simply showing children how to create projects and games, we will provide hands-on guidance that empowers them to design, experiment, and build on their own ideas.
Join us in this exciting journey at the library where learning meets fun!
Admission is free. Spaces are limited, so please register in advance to secure your spot. To register, please send mail to biblio-yangon@goethe.de by providing the following information: ♦Name ♦Age ♦Contact Number
