We are pleased to welcome back the Tech Try Out Program of the Children's and Youth Program at our library. In August, we introduced the 3D Modelling and Design Trial Workshop for two age groups of tech-savvy kids. Now, we are taking it a step further by offering hands-on experience in Block based Coding - a dynamic programming language that bridges the gap between humans and computers!

This ‘Block-Based Coding: Trial Workshop’ will take place on September 18, 2025, and will be led by CIY.Club Myanmar. This workshop is designed for young people aged 13 to 17, and prior computer knowledge is not required.

What is Block Coding?
Block coding is the simplest basic method of programming. It transforms text-based code into colorful, interactive blocks. When starting to learn coding, children are taught through simple and easy formats that will help them understand the fundamentals of coding.

Why should we Learn Coding?
From the devices we use every day, like computers and smartphones, to the vast expanse of the internet and even spacecraft, coding is the universal language that powers our world. So, join us for an unforgettable experience!

Join us in this exciting journey at the library where learning meets fun!
