Navigating Career Paths as a Youth

AIESEC in Myanmar and the Goethe-Institut Myanmar organize the Youth Dialogue Lab panel discussion series on a monthly basis. Coming up this July, young people will come together to discuss the topic “Navigating Career Paths as a Youth.

As a young person, whether transitioning into the workforce after completing formal education or trying to balance ongoing studies with entering the professional world, many are facing different challenges in today’s rapidly changing environment. Within these experiences, finding career opportunities that align with personal interests while also contributing positively to society has become an important priority for youth. In this session, participants will share their own experiences, including how they prepared before entering the workforce and what they have encountered along the way. In addition to peer discussions, an experienced facilitator will guide the session and share valuable insights on the topic, offering participants practical knowledge and learning opportunities.
