Our facilities are available for use Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our facilities are available free of charge to non-profit organizations committed to promoting diversity and mutual understanding. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for private use.
Facility Use Contribution Structure
To help cover basic operational costs, we kindly ask for a contribution toward overhead expenses. Under "Facility use contribution" below, you will find an overview of our cost structure. If you have specific needs or would like to explore alternative arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
While we strive to make our spaces accessible, our capacity is limited, and we can only accommodate a certain number of reservations. We encourage you to submit a request — we’ll review it and let you know if we’re able to host your event.
