As the final event of the EU4Dialogue project, Goethe-Institut Romania and Goethe-Institut Georgia are organizing an exhibition that will showcase artistic perspectives from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Moldova. The selection of projects is curated by Irina Kurtishvili (Cologne).

Opening: Tuesday, 28.01. 2025 – 19.00  
Exhibition duration: 28.01. –  31.01. 2025, 11 am – 7 pm
Location: Reset Atelier, Place Saint-Gudule 5, 1000 Brussels 

Opening Program:
  • Welcome Speeches and Introduction to the Programme: Representatives of European Commission (DG Near) and Goethe-Institut, Introduction to the exhibition and evening programme;
  • 19.30 Performance “we remember the unknown” (45 min);
  • 20.30 DJ Lalele / Driadele Initiative.
About our artists & performances:
  • “we remember the unknown” by Sabrina Bellenzier, Natia Chikvaidze, Salina Abaza, Anna Galatonova and Vusala Hajiyeva: The performance investigates the processes of deep transformation currently undergoing in the Caucasus region and Moldova, including the conflict-affected territories, and how people are creatively reacting and reclaiming space.” (Sabrina Bellenzier and Natia Chikvaidze).
  • 20.30 DJ Lalele / Driadele Initiative: Lalele aka Ilona Sergheevna is a woman DJ from Moldova and founder of the Driadele Initiative/party series that is aimed promoting women DJs in the country. She is coordinating the "DJ the Village" project, where 12 DJs with various backgrounds offer DJing workshops in villages all across the Republic of Moldova.Her project and engagement will be presented during the opening speeches.
  • Between 20.30 and 00.00,people can engage in the exhibition as well as in networking conversations and talks, in the setting of a friendly get-together.

EU4DIALOGUE
The multicomponent EU4Dialogue project supports initiatives fostering an environment of dialogue and people-to-people contacts across the divide in the South Caucasus and the Republic of Moldova. It is financed by the European Union, running from May 2021 to April 2025. Component 3, implemented by a consortium led by the DAAD,aims to facilitate improved exchange through education and culture. The Goethe-Institut is focussing on Cultural and Artistic Exchange, with artistic trainings and possibilities for interregional collaboration.
