Marjukka Porvari, Director of the John Nurminen Foundation’s Clean Baltic Sea projects will introduce us to the complex ecosystem of the Baltic Sea and the foundation's work to protect it. She will explain how we all can do our bit to safeguard the future of the sea at our doorstep. How we fish and which fish we catch and eat plays a big role in this.

The award-winning head chef Ari Ruoho of Ravintola Nokka – a champion for local, seasonal and sustainably sourced food – will inform and inspire us how we can make underused domestic fish a tasty and environmentally beneficial part of our diet.
