Into Film Festival

Goethe-Institut London

The Into Film Festival is a free and annual celebration of film and education for schools and young people across the UK. It aims to help educators bring learning to life for 5-19 year olds by inspiring young people to watch, make and understand film in new and creative ways.

Auf Augenhöhe, 99 min
11-year-old Michi lives in a children's home, every day fighting to win the respect of the other kids, till the day he finds his real dad, Tom - who happens to be a dwarf, even shorter than Michi is, the opposite of his idea of manliness and strength. As time passes, they discover they have more in common than other sons and fathers, until their relationship is suddenly and unexpectedly put to the test.
