Accessibility

We do our best to ensure that our premises are as barrier-free as possible so that everyone can feel comfortable and move around freely.
  • We have a lift in our building which gives you access to the different floors. If the lift is not working, we will inform you here.
  • Our building has a ramp for wheelchair users, which you can find on the Princes Garden side.
  • There are accessible toilets on the lower ground floor and the second floor, but you can only get to them using the lift.
  • There are wide double doors on all the floors, which provide plenty of space for a wheelchair.
The nearest step-free tube station is Earl's Court (1.5 miles).

Unfortunately, South Kensington Station is not step-free yet. We encourage our visitors and partmers to sign the petition below.
