Elisabeth Schilling

A fun, inspiring workshop for those who want to pick up or improve their dance skills and to gain insight into contemporary dance practice.

This is a two-hour workshop led by the award-winning German dancer and choreographer Elisabeth Schilling. The workshop will take place in English, and no experience with dance is necessary.

Elisabeth Schilling founded her dance company in Luxembourg in 2016 and her work has been touring ever since, with almost 230 performances in 19 countries to date. Elisabeth is artist in residence at TRIFOLION Echternach, for which she created a specially designed programme entitled ‘Dancing the City'. Since 2020, the company has been supported by Luxembourg's Ministry of Culture, and in May 2022 Elisabeth became the Associate Artist at the Théâtres de la Ville de Luxembourg.

Elisabeth studied at Dr. Hoch’s Conservatoire in Frankfurt am Main as well as at TrinityLaban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (BA Dance Theatre) in London and at London Contemporary Dance School (MA Contemporary Dance).
