Exploring Diversity and Identity in German Cinema

Event details

We are delighted to partner with the BFI on this new interactive study day using film to explore themes of diversity and identity. Designed to deepen cultural understanding and develop new vocabulary, the event has been designed to support across the German AQA, Edexcel and Eduqas GCSE specifications, providing opportunities to practice listening, speaking and writing skills.

In the morning students will be introduced to various German short films and take part in related activities aimed at supporting with critical film and image analysis skills and encouraging discussions around the issues raised in the films in the target language.

In the afternoon there will be an introduced screening of a suitable German language feature film.

To book call 020 7849 4451 and pay using a credit/debit card or download, print and return the with cheque or card details. We cannot reserve seats, send invoices or accept BACS payments.
Schools which have over 20% of students receiving free school meals should ask about a discount when booking.
