This workshop has two phases, welcoming all styles and levels.

Phase 1: Movement Generation and Shared Phrasing (45min)
Guided, incremental exercises to unlock your personal movement vocabulary and build a shared physical language.

Phase 2: Learning Choreography and Fusion (45min)
Learn an original piece developed by the artist, whose style uniquely fuses traditional, contemporary dance forms, often integrating Hip-Hop techniques. The movement draws inspiration from personal experience, humanity, nature, and the environment.
