90/Now

90/now is a solo contemporary dance performance inspired by the recurring question people often ask: “Why is it not better than before?”, which explores the contrasts between the past and the present. Using movement, the performance will examine how life, feelings, societal values, the environment, and the body have transformed from 1990 to today by integrating Laos traditional dance with contemporary dance, reflecting both the artist's personal journey and broader cultural changes.
