Director: Dennis Todorovic, colour, 101 min., 2010

We are happy to invite you to the next installment of the ArtHouse Cinema program on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. This time we will screen the film called Sascha directed by Dennis Todorovic.

Life can be bloody complicated! Especially when you’re 19, feel you’re ‘somehow’ gay, come from a Montenegrin immigrant family and are madly and secretly in love with your piano teacher. A film about immigrants in a German big city, everyday family life in a multicultural neighbourhood and the difficulties of openly talking about sexual inclinations.

Dennis Todorovic

Dennis Todorovic was born in 1977 in Ellwangen, Germany to Montenegrin and Czech parents. He received his diploma in directing from the Advanced Residential Theatre & Television Skillcentre (ARTTS) in the British village of Bubwith.
