Important Updates

The Goethe-Institut will issue digital certificates for all exams which took place from February 21st 2024 onwards. You can download your digital certificate directly from your MyGoethe.de account.

Digital certificates are recognised by the visa centres. Paper-based certificates for exams after February 21st 2024 can only be obtained for an additional fee. 
 
Our customer service office will have shorter opening hours during the month of Ramadan. Regsitrations for courses as welll as for A2, B1 and B2 exams wil take place as usual within these opening hours. Registrations for A1 exams will be paused during this month.The only exams are customers with proof of appointment at the visa centre in Rabieh.

Enrolment

For the time being you are only allowed to enroll in person at our premises for all exams shown in the schedule below.

Please bring an identification document and one copy with you. Enrollment in the customer office by third parties, even with an appropriate declaration of consent, is not permitted. Please consider the opening hours.

Important announcement for Syrian citizens: It is possible to  hand in the German certificates required for the visa process to the German embassy later. Please use your personal appointment at the visa section in Beirut to enroll at the Goethe-Institut.

We do not work with brokers or external institutions - the registration process is the same for all customers.
