We kindly ask you provide us with the below information so that we may anticipate delivery of your submission and follow up with you as necessary.

The submitted translation must have been published (not only distributed) in Canada or the US in 2025.

Translators awarded the prize in the last seven years are disqualified from consideration this year.

The deadline for completed applications is January 16, 2026. Physicals books must be received by this date in order for your application to be considered.
