Once you arrive in Germany, you can access the MBE 24/7 via the free mbeon app on your smartphone. You can receive confidential online counseling in over twenty different languages and ask questions at any time. All mbeon counselors are trained counseling professionals.

Just like in an in-person consultation, you will be supported by the same counselor for as long as you need. If necessary, you can also schedule an appointment with your counselor at the counseling center.

All text messages, documents, and voice memos are sent securely via mbeon. The data is stored on a server in Germany.
