Mbeon - for adult immigrants aged 28 and over

Mbeon is the nationwide online counselling service of the Migration Counselling for Adult Immigrants (MBE) in a messenger-based chat.

With mbeon, you can use the MBE via a free app on your smartphone around the clock. You can get confidential advice online in over twenty different languages and ask questions at any time. All mbeon counsellors are trained counselling professionals.

First select a mbeon counsellor from a list. When selecting, you can filter by language and location. Within 48 hours you will receive an answer to your question in a private chat.

Just like in on-site counselling, you will be accompanied by the same counsellor for as long as you wish. If necessary, you can also make an appointment with your counsellor at the counselling centre.

All text messages, documents and voice notes are sent via mbeon in a data-secure way. The data is stored on a server in Germany.
