JMD4you - for young people up to 27 years of age
The online advice jmd4you is a service provided by the Jugendmigrationsdienste (Youth Migration Services; JMD).
You can contact the counsellors via the internet and ask them your questions. The team of counsellors has been working for many years in the field of advising and counselling immigrants. They can provide answers to all your questions about living in Germany or problems that you encounter there. For example: Where can I get a driving licence? What job can I do in Germany? I need a solicitor – what do I have to do? …
The consultations are secure, anonymous, multilingual and free of charge. The website of the online advice www.jmd4you.de is currently available in German, Albanian, Arabic, Russian and Turkish.
Mbeon - for adult immigrants aged 27 and over
Mbeon is the nationwide online counselling service of the Migration Counselling for Adult Immigrants (MBE) in a messenger-based chat.
With mbeon, you can use the MBE via a free app on your smartphone around the clock. You can get confidential advice online in over twenty different languages and ask questions at any time. All mbeon counsellors are trained counselling professionals.
First select a mbeon counsellor from a list. When selecting, you can filter by language and location. Within 48 hours you will receive an answer to your question in a private chat.
Just like in on-site counselling, you will be accompanied by the same counsellor for as long as you wish. If necessary, you can also make an appointment with your counsellor at the counselling centre.
All text messages, documents and voice notes are sent via mbeon in a data-secure way. The data is stored on a server in Germany.
