PLOT

In 2000, Rosa von Praunheim’s mother, then 94 years old, revealed to him that he was not her biological son. He had been found in a children’s home in Latvia during the German occupation. Several years later, the filmmaker travels to Riga, hoping to shed light on the intertwined histories of his two mothers.
