Producer, director, and programs manager at Culture Resource (Al Mawred Al Thaqafy) with over 20 years of experience in film and television. She has contributed to the development and production of documentaries, short films, and TV programs, bringing a strong creative vision to her work. At Culture Resource, Raia manages three programs – Production Awards, Wijhat, and Culture 3.0 – which provide vital support to artists and cultural institutions across the Arab region, fostering creativity, artists mobility, and innovation at the intersection of arts and technology.

A multidisciplinary artist, performer, and clown-doctor based in Lebanon. She holds a Master’s in Theatre Research from USJ and a degree in Acting and Directing from the Lebanese University. Her work spans theaters, hospitals, and social institutions across the SWANA region and Europe. Marielise has collaborated with several cultural and social organizations. In 2025, she co-founded TAHREEK, a cultural initiative rooted in socially engaged arts. She continues to support artists while pursuing her practice as a performer and her functions as the Executive Director of Hammana Artist House.

Theatre critic and researcher, as well as a PhD candidate at the Higher Doctoral Institute at the Lebanese University in Beirut. He is the recipient of the 2024 Arab Theatre Scientific Research Award from the Arab Theatre Authority in the United Arab Emirates. Among his works is Lebanese Theatre: The Crisis of Critical Reference from Text to Performance, published by the Arab Theatre Authority in Sharjah in 2024. Al-Hossam has published hundreds of articles in specialized criticism of theatre and the arts, as well as in various intellectual and literary fields. He has also participated in several Arab and international conferences and festivals as a lecturer and guest speaker.
