No Hard Feelings (Futur Drei, 2020) is a bold and tender coming-of-age drama that explores identity, migration, queer desire, and belonging. Parvis, the German-born son of Iranian exiles, spends his days navigating queer nightlife, dating apps, and the freedoms of youth. When he is assigned community service at a refugee shelter, he meets Iranian asylum seeker Amon and his sister Banafshe. As the three form a close bond, Parvis begins to reconnect with his cultural roots, confront questions of privilege and belonging, and experience both first love and a new sense of self. Told from a distinctly queer perspective, the film offers a nuanced and deeply human portrait of life in contemporary Germany.
Winner of the Teddy Award for Best LGBTQ Feature Film at the Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale).
After the film, stay for a special Q&A with director Faraz Shariat, who will be present to discuss his work and answer questions from the audience.

08:15 PM: Talkback with Filmmaker Faraz Shariat
Please note: An RSVP does not guarantee admission. Seating is limited, and RSVP holders will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
