We will have showings of kids' movies at the Goethe-Institut Irland up to three times per term. The recommend for the movies will alternate from 0-7 and 7-12 years. The showings will take place on saturdays after the Kids' Courses, between 1.15 and 3 pm.

The film in May will be Rettet Raffi! (97 Min, 2015). Directed by Arend Agthe, starring Nicolaus von der Recke, Sophie Lindenberg, and Henriette Heinze .

With Rettet Raffi! director Arend Agthe has filmed the children's book of the same name, which he and Bettina Kupfer wrote together: Sammy is eight years old and very attached to his hamster, which he got from his father. Raffi is also a very special hamster. In his cage, he can score goals like a professional. But then he falls ill and has to be operated. After the operation, the unbelievable happens: Raffi is kidnapped, and Sammy sets off on an adventurous search through Hamburg. A hamster thriller that is as funny as it is exciting for young and old viewers.
