Look Who's Back (Er ist wieder da), by Timur Vermes

More than sixty years after his supposed demise, the "Führer" is stranded in the present, causing great confusion among those around him – and within himself. Timur Vermes’s Look Who’s Back (Er ist wieder da) is the third play featured in the Spotlight: Berlin series. The staged reading of this unrestrained satire on media takes place on Monday, August 26 at 6:30 pm.
Kino Q: The AIDS Trilogy, Pt. III: The Fire Under Your Ass (Feuer unterm Arsch) (1990)
The third film of The AIDS Trilogy, directed by Rosa von Praunheim, is dedicated to the German gay community, who is not interested in "Safe Sex" - much less the safer sex "with Mother Earth," which Allen Ginsberg envisioned for dealing with a planet contaminated by AIDS. In Berlin, the gay capital of Germany, Praunheim encounters a persistent party atmosphere and attitudes which reject the notion of safe sex. The film screening and discussion take place on Tuesday, August 27, at 6 pm.
