Routes & Roots | Return

Routes & Roots is a digital conversation series that brings together transatlantic voices from North and Latin America, Europe, and beyond. Centered on stories of belonging, resilience, and creativity, the series explores how movement across borders influences personal journeys and collective futures.

The fourth session of Routes & Roots, Return, examines voluntary and forced return, reintegration challenges, communities of return and the notion of "home" and "identity" after migration. Contributors will reflect on rturn not as an end point, but as part of a complex and often cyclical process.

The series is presented by Claudette Walls Manllo, Goethe-Institut Mexico, and Goethe-Institut Washington.
