BY TRAIN:

The Goethe-Institut Düsseldorf can be reached quickly from Duisburg. In only about 15 minutes, the Regionalexpress (regional express train) or the ICE will take you from Duisburg main station to Düsseldorf main station about every 10 minutes. Once you arrive in Düsseldorf, it's not far to your German course: the Goethe-Institut is located only about 100 metres from the main exit of the main station.  

 

BY CAR:

Duisburg and Düsseldorf are not far from each other. It only takes about 30 minutes by car to get from one to the other. Take the A59 towards Düsseldorf and then follow the B8. In Düsseldorf, take the Danziger Str. over Kennedydamm and continue on Kaiserstraße, Hofgartenstraße and Immermannstraße towards the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof). The Goethe-Institut is located at Immermannstraße 65b.
