The Goethe-Institut Munich is located near the city center in the district of Haidhausen, with excellent transportation links. The Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn station and tram stop are about a five-minute walk from the institute.

FROM MUNICH FRANZ-JOSEF-STRAUSS AIRPORT:

S1 or S8 S-Bahn line to Rosenheimer Platz (approximately 40 minutes) Ticket options: Single ticket (four zones), strip ticket (cancel 8 of 10 strips) or single daily ticket for the entire MVV system, valid until 6:00 am the next day.
Taxi fare: at least €50.00.
