BY TRAIN:
Wuppertal and Düsseldorf are only about 30km apart. Therefore, you can reach the Goethe-Institut Düsseldorf quickly by train as well as by car. The S8 train takes you to the state capital every 20 minutes in just under half an hour. You can get to Düsseldorf even faster by Regionalexpress (regional express train) e.g. in the direction of Aachen, Bonn or Venlo. The journey takes only 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Düsseldorf, all you have to do is cross the street. The Goethe-Institut is only about 100 m from the main exit of the main station.
BY CAR:
You can reach our institute in about 40 minutes via the A46. In Düsseldorf, take the exit towards D-Oberbilk and follow Kölner Landstraße towards Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (main station). The Goethe-Institut is located not far from the main station at Immermannstraße 65b.
