Workshop German for nursing staff

Wed, 13.11.2024

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Goethe-Institut Berlin

This event provides training in technical and professional language for nursing staff.

This event specifically promotes the language skills of nursing staff in the area of technical and professional language. The event covers vocabulary and technical terms used in nursing, and typical conversational situations from the day-to-day work of a nurse are discussed, such as the admission interview, a nursing interview, the handover and a conversation with the patient's relatives.

As part of the event, participants will receive supporting learning materials so that they can further improve their language skills independently. After the event, they will also receive access data for our free, 10-hour online course “Deutsch in der Pflege”, which will enable them to continue learning.

If you are an employer or vocational school and would like to register a group of participants, please contact ankommen@goethe.de.

The event will take place in the library of the Goethe-Institut Berlin:
